Compassionate Support You When You Need It Most

I offer one-on-one emotional support sessions for people navigating emotional abuse, narcissistic relationships, and other experiences — whether personal or work-related — that leave you feeling lost, silenced, or unsure of yourself.

These are not therapy sessions — I am not a licensed therapist. Instead, I provide understanding, perspective, and tools from the standpoint of someone who has personally and professionally survived extreme narcissistic abuse and rebuilt a life on my own terms.

Because I am not a therapist, I am free from the red tape and clinical limitations that can get in the way of honest, real conversation.  Together, we can help you focus entirely on what helps you feel stronger, seen, and in control.

I would like to note, as a former spouse of a military officer who served in Fallujah, I understand firsthand the unique challenges that spouses and partners of combat veterans too often face. The invisible weight of deployments, reintegration, and the lasting impact of combat experiences can affect not only service members, but also those who love and support them. This personal perspective allows me to approach counseling with deep empathy and insight, offering a safe and understanding space for military families and partners to process, heal, and strengthen their relationships.

Over the years, I’ve supported friends, family, and clients through heartbreak, manipulation, and deep psychological harm. What I’ve learned is that healing begins when you’re heard, believed, and supported without judgment. That’s what I offer here:

  • A safe, confidential space.

  • Honest, empathetic conversation.

  • Tools and perspective to help you move forward on your own terms.

My approach is compassionate, direct, and deeply human. I won’t sugarcoat, but I’ll always hold space for your truth. You’re not broken — you’re navigating something that would shake anyone. Together, we’ll work on finding clarity, calm, and the confidence to live your life again.
